Our Space
Capacity: Up to 40-50 guests (standing/mingling) or 30-35 seated
Vibe: Warm, Mediterranean-inspired coffeehouse with a welcoming atmosphere
What's Included:
• Private use of entire space during your rental period
• Tables and seating
• Basic coffee shop ambiance and decor
• Access to restrooms
• Sound system for background music (bring your own playlist)

Available Hours
Weekday Evenings (Monday-Wednesday): 5pm-9pm
Thursday-Friday Evenings: 7pm-9pm (after regular hours)
Weekend Availability: Limited – contact us to inquire
We're most flexible on weekday evenings when we're typically slower

How It Works
1. Check Availability
Contact us with your preferred date and time at least 3-4 weeks in advance. We'll let you know if it's available.
2. Plan Your Event
Decide if you want just the space, or add mocktails and food service. We'll create a custom package.
3. Reserve Your Date
Sign a simple rental agreement and pay 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date.
4. Event Day Setup
Arrive 30 minutes early to decorate or set up (if applicable). We'll have everything ready for you.
5. Celebrate!
Enjoy your event. If you've added mocktail or food service, we'll handle everything.
6. We Clean Up
When your rental ends, we take care of cleanup. You just enjoy your guests.

Booking Requirements
Lead Time: Minimum 3-4 weeks advance notice (6-8 weeks for weekend dates)
Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure date
Final Payment: Due 1 week before event
Cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 2 weeks of event are subject to full payment.

House Rules
• No outside alcohol permitted
• Decorations allowed with approval (no damage to walls/furniture)
• No glitter or non-washable paints or glues
• Music volume must be reasonable (we're in a shared plaza)
• Guest count must not exceed capacity
• Rental time includes setup and cleanup time
• Events must end by agreed-upon time
