How It Works
1. Book Your Date
Contact us at least 2 weeks in advance (3-4 weeks preferred for peak dates and weekends). Tell us your event details, guest count, and location.
2. We Plan Your Service
We'll confirm your package, timing, and any special requests. Custom drink menus available.
3. We Arrive & Set Up
Our team arrives 30 minutes-1 hour early to set up the espresso bar and get everything ready.
4. Your Guests Enjoy
Our barista serves custom drinks throughout your event. You relax and enjoy.
5. We Clean Up
When service ends, we pack up and leave your space spotless.

Booking Requirements
Lead Time: Minimum 2 weeks advance notice (3-4 weeks for weekends and large events)
Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date
Final Payment: Due 72 hours before event

Setup Requirements
• Access to standard electrical outlet (110V)
• Table or counter space (approximately 6ft x 3ft – we can provide if needed)
• Indoor or covered outdoor space recommended
• Vehicle access for equipment loading
